Manage Speech Services

This screen is for the owner of the speech plan—typically the couple or their wedding planner, whoever set the plan up in the first place. After your initial planning is complete, Manage Speech Services is the place to review the big picture, adjust service levels, watch how speakers are progressing, update event details or participants, and work with briefing packs.

What you can do from this screen

The layout above brings the main owner actions together. Here is how each area helps you stay in control after the plan is live.
View the plan (overall summary)
Open your online summary to see the full picture of speeches, roles, and content for the occasion—ideal when you want to confirm everything matches what you agreed before you brief speakers or change service levels.
Upgrade Services
Your first pass might use FREE or lower tiers for some speakers. Later, you can raise the service level for one or more speakers when you are ready to unlock more support, tools, or monitoring—without redoing the whole plan.
Preparation Timeline
The preparation timeline shows how speakers are tracking against their milestones and reminders. As the owner, you get visibility into progress without needing to read their drafts—so you know who might need a nudge before the wedding.
Edit plan
Real weddings change. Use Edit plan to update event details (for example where or when the reception runs) and participant names—for instance if your best man steps back and someone else takes the speech, you can reflect that in the plan.
Briefing packs
From here you can generate or open PDF briefing packs for speakers—structured guidance that helps them prepare and reduces last-minute stress.

At a glance

One hub for the plan owner
Summary, upgrades, timeline, edits, and briefing packs are grouped so you are not hunting through unrelated menus on the day you need to fix a name or bump a service tier.
Works after the first plan is complete
Manage Speech Services is especially useful once speakers are assigned and preparation is underway— when upgrades, milestones, and briefing packs matter most.
